Women Leaders
We created The Constellation Collective to collaborate with and support women leaders and creatives.
For us, joining forces was never about having the biggest clients, or the most press-worthy projects.
What excited us was the opportunity to collaborate with women we admire, who don’t always have the opportunity to “fail upward.” (And they don’t necessarily believe that “leaning in” is the best path forward.)
In addition to our focus on working with women leaders, we also created our Collective. The Collective is a small community of creative women and business owners who create a network of mutual support. We don’t cheerlead each other into burnout. We help each other ask for what we need, discuss tricky topics, and collaborate whenever possible.
We are thrilled to highlight some of the organizations, projects, and people that we have the privilege of calling part of our world.
A few women leaders we’re inspired by…
KnollTextiles
Florence Knoll developed the idea of the modern office and pioneered the interior design profession.
Dear Annabelle
Dear Annabelle was founded by avid letter writer, lover of fine paper products, and former magazine editor Marcie Pantzer.
Marion Kadi
Marion Kadi is a French illustrator and children’s book author with a fanciful, colorful style.
Edible Schoolyard NYC
Edible Schoolyard NYC is a nonprofit organization committed to bringing Alice Waters’ vision to New York City public schools. Their mission is to support edible education for every child in NYC.
Closed on Mondays
Part awesome basket company, part rallying cry for a more humane work week, Closed on Mondays is the brainchild of our Collective member Bekka Palmer.
Love & Victory
Whether she’s hosting dance party fundraisers for abortion rights or designing sweet swag, Meg Moorhouse is someone we are thrilled to call a friend and member of our Collective.
“Constellation Collective’s help was a game changer for me. They served as a key strategic thought partner in helping me refine the mission and vision of my consulting practice. I was able to clarify my purpose in ways I hadn’t thought of before working with them.”

The Collective
We wanted to create a space where creative women can be open, honest, and vulnerable. A place where they can ask for help, share knowledge, provide professional support and advice, and collaborate on projects together.
That’s why we started The Collective, a tightly-curated membership group for creative women.
“I needed a place to celebrate my values: community, creativity and trust. And I found it with this group.”
